What I’m Working On

It’s been a while since my last post. These last 9 months have been very busy for me, but now I’m returning to my Lira-PLC project — and much more.

I’m planning to transfer my blog to something more automated using GitHub and some service to build it automatically. This way I can integrate it with AI.

Enough with plans now, let’s go to work.

• Platform Thinking by Cliff Brake. Cliff is great at distilling hard-won wisdom on his website — many ideas I had to learn the hard way during my last 10 years.
• No BS Series by Dan S Kennedy. If you want straight advice and raw truth about how to manage your time and business, Kennedy is your guy.
• Great morning music: Espresso Music

• Lira-PLC: An open hardware PLC project developed with Kicad.
• I am currently developing my personal website to write about topics that interest me. The site also serves as a personal library, sharing insights, resources and curated content.
• Currently reading: No B.S. Ruthless Management of People and Profits by Dan S Kennedy (Not affiliate link)

Beliefs and Tactics in progress

• Act with urgency - change “end of the week” to “end of the day”, “end of month” to “end of the week”, “end of the day” to “end of next hour” ¹.
